Amazing service from start to finish! I called Mr. Pool Leak Repair and Cassandra, the dispatcher, was so friendly and quick to schedule my appointment. David and Justin came out for the leak detection, and they were both incredibly professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. They found the issue quickly and explained everything in detail. Jesus joined them for the repair, and they all made sure the area was spotless after they finished the job.I also loved the $100 credit they gave me to use toward the repair—such a great bonus. After a pool leak and no help from the builder, Cassandra quickly scheduled a skilled team for detection. Though tricky at first, they resolved the issue on the second visit. I recently experienced a leak on a newly constructed pool and had an unresponsive pool builder to take care of this issue. I worked closely with Cassandra to schedule leak detection services. They were able to come to the property much faster than their competitors. Furthermore, when I questioned their findings, Justin and Cassandra spoke to me at length to be sure all of my questions and concerns were answered. My pool was a very tricky situation and we didn’t get the leak the first time as we had hoped but they quickly came back out and remedied the situation and now my area is bone dry as it should be! For anyone reading this review, please keep in mind that water is tricky and leak detector are not God! This team has a high level of skill needed to find leaks and one thing is for sure they stand behind their work and the dedication is there. One last thing to note, Justin believes in his techs and stands behind their work and their findings. Cassandra does an exceptional job, supporting everyone on the team, keeping good records, and her communication is comforting and reassuring particularly when you’re dealing with unexpected costly repairs. I will definitely be using them again in the future when needs arise!
