Stonebridge Ranch and Eldorado were going up in the late ’80s, so some pools in town have been holding water for more than 30 years. Craig Ranch, Hidden Creek, and Tucker Hill started filling in during the 2000s, and so their pools are getting old enough for the original PVC and skimmer seals to start wearing out.
