Our Written Pool Repair Warranties
A warranty is only as good as the paper it is written on. That is why every repair we complete comes with a written warranty in your hands before we leave the property. Here is exactly what each one covers, how transfers work when a home sells, and what to do if you ever need to make a claim.
What We Put in Writing
Every warranty below is issued as a written document at the completion of your repair. No verbal promises, no fine print surprises. The coverage you see here is the coverage you get.
Foundation Stabilization
Covers all structural stabilization and pier work performed on pool foundations experiencing soil movement or settlement. If the stabilized structure ever becomes compromised due to product deterioration, manufacturing defects, or deficiencies in workmanship or materials, we correct it. Valid for the normal life of the pool structure.
Whole-Pool Coverage
Our most comprehensive warranty, offered as an optional upgrade when you complete a structural pier repair with us. It covers every possible pool leak anywhere in the pool during the warranty period, not just the sections we repaired. Weather events, fire, and equipment-related leaks are excluded. Ask about adding it when you schedule pier work.
Underground Plumbing
Covers all repaired sections of underground plumbing, including skimmer lines, return lines, main drain lines, and water feature piping. If a section we repaired fails within the warranty period, we return and make it right.
Fittings and Penetrations
Covers all sealing work performed on skimmer throats, return fittings, light niches, and any shell penetration where we completed a seal repair. Seals are where most pool leaks start, and ours are backed in writing.
No Leak Guarantee
Every replaster and remodel we do is held to one standard: no measurable water loss over a 24 to 48 hour test period, pump running or not. Water features and waterfalls are excluded. If the pool loses water inside that window during the 3 years, it's covered and we come back. The standard is written into your estimate and your warranty.
The Lifetime Structural Pier Warranty
We warrant the performance of our pool foundation repair work for the normal life of the pool structure, beginning on the date of repair. Here is what that means in practice.
Covered
- All structural stabilization and pier work we performed
- Pier adjustment or new pier installation if the stabilized foundation support system becomes compromised
- Failures caused by product deterioration, manufacturing defects, or deficiencies in workmanship or materials
- Cracks determined to be related to foundation movement, reinforced with appropriate staples and finished with a plaster patch
Not Covered
- Cosmetic surface wear unrelated to foundation movement
- Damage from weather events or fire
- Equipment and equipment-related leaks (pumps, filters, valves, chlorinators, booster pumps, loose fittings)
- Work performed on the pool by other companies after our repair
How a Warranty Repair Works
If, during the warranty period, the structural integrity of the foundation support system becomes compromised and the foundation fails to support the pool structure as intended, we will, at our discretion, adjust existing piers or install new piers as necessary to correct the defective condition.
If a crack is determined to be related to foundation movement and requires repair, we reinforce the affected area with appropriate staples and apply a plaster patch to restore the surface.
The 5-Year Full Pool Leak Warranty
Our standard warranties cover the repairs we performed. This one covers the pool. Available exclusively as an upgrade when you complete a structural pier repair with us, it protects against every possible pool leak during the warranty period, anywhere in the pool, whether we touched that area or not.
Covered
- Every pool leak occurring anywhere in the pool during the 5-year period
- Leaks in areas we never repaired, including new leaks that develop after the job
- Shell, plumbing, and penetration point leaks alike
Not Covered
- Damage from weather events or fire
- Equipment and equipment-related leaks, including filters, pumps, Jandy valves, chlorinators, booster pumps, and loose fittings
Why It Only Comes With Pier Work
A pool sitting on stabilized ground is a pool we can confidently stand behind as a whole. Once the structure is stabilized on piers, the soil movement that causes most new leaks in DFW has been addressed at the source. That is what makes whole-pool coverage possible, and it is why this warranty is only offered alongside structural pier repair. Ask our team about it when scheduling your pier job.
Warranty Transfer Terms
A documented, warrantied repair is a selling point during a home sale, not a red flag. Our warranties can follow the pool to its new owner under the terms below.
How a Transfer Works
The Lifetime Structural Pier Warranty may be transferred to a subsequent property owner and will remain valid for five (5) years from the date of the property closing. Written notification of the warranty transfer must be provided to us within 30 days of the property closing date for the transferred warranty to become valid.
Active 3-year pipe and seal warranties transfer under the same written notification requirement and remain valid for the remainder of their original warranty term.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
No claim forms, no runaround. If a repair we warrantied is not performing the way it should, this is all it takes.
Call Us
Call 214-972-3330 and tell our team what the pool is doing. Have your written warranty document handy, and we can look up your job either way.
We Inspect
A technician comes out, diagnoses the issue, and confirms whether it falls under your warranty coverage. You get a clear answer, in writing, the same day.
We Repair It
If the issue is covered, we complete the warranty repair. That is the entire point of putting it in writing: accountability to every warranty we issue.
The Document You Receive
At the completion of every repair, before we leave your property, you receive a written warranty document stating what was repaired, what is covered, and for how long. Keep it with your home records. It matters at claim time and it matters at closing time if you ever sell.

Warranty FAQ
Is every repair really covered by a written warranty?
Yes. Every repair we complete comes with a written warranty document issued at job completion, before we leave your property. The warranty type depends on the repair: lifetime on structural pier repairs, 3-year on pipe repairs, 3-year on seal repairs, and a 3-year no leak guarantee on our replasters and remodels.
What is the difference between the standard warranties and the 5-year full pool leak warranty?
Standard warranties cover the specific repairs we performed. The 5-year full pool leak warranty covers every possible leak anywhere in the pool during the warranty period, including areas we never touched, with the exception of weather, fire, and equipment-related leaks. It is available only as an optional upgrade on structural pier repair jobs.
Are your warranties transferable if I sell my home?
Yes, with conditions. The Lifetime Structural Pier Warranty transfers to the new owner and remains valid for five years from the property closing date. We must receive written notification of the transfer within 30 days of closing for the transferred warranty to become valid. Active 3-year warranties transfer under the same notification requirement for the remainder of their original term.
What could void my warranty?
Work performed on the warrantied repair by another company, damage from weather events or fire, and equipment-related failures fall outside warranty coverage. Your written warranty document states the specific terms for your repair.
Does the warranty cover my pool equipment?
No. Pumps, filters, Jandy valves, chlorinators, booster pumps, and loose fittings are excluded from all of our warranties, including the 5-year full pool leak warranty. Equipment has its own manufacturer warranties and wears on its own schedule. We do diagnose and repair equipment leaks, and those repairs are quoted and documented separately.
Is leak detection itself warrantied?
Detection is a diagnosis, so it carries a same-day written report rather than a warranty. The warranty attaches to the repair. That is one reason we recommend working with a company that both detects and repairs: the same team that found the leak stands behind the fix, in writing.
What do I do if a warrantied repair fails?
Call 214-972-3330. We come out, inspect, confirm coverage, and complete the warranty repair. There are no claim forms and no third-party administrators. You deal directly with the company that did the work.
Get It Fixed. Get It in Writing.
Schedule a diagnosis and get a same-day written report. If a repair is needed, your written warranty is in your hands before we leave.
