What does leak detection cost in Carrollton?

Can a pool leak hurt my house's foundation?

Do the 24-hour tape test. Turn off the autofill, put a strip of tape at the water line, and mark the level. Give it 24 hours with no water added. In summer the pool shouldn’t drop much more than a quarter inch a day to evaporation. If it does, you’ve likely got a leak.
Does living near the Elm Fork matter?
It can. When the water table’s up after a wet season, pools on the west side can get pushed from underneath, which can crack a floor or loosen a main drain. We check for that before recommending a fix.
