The underground lines get pressure tested, the fittings get dye tested, and we look over the shell, deck, and equipment. You'll hear what we found before we suggest a fix.

Next you get a price for fixing what we found, and we don't start until you say go.
Fixing It
Depending on what failed, that might be epoxy in a crack, a new section of pipe, a resealed skimmer, or steel piers with a licensed Texas engineer involved.
The Warranty
Pier work carries a lifetime warranty, and pipe and seal repairs are covered for 3 years. You'll get the paperwork when we finish.
Every Repair Backed in Writing
Once a pool's been stabilized with steel piers, we cover the structural repair for life. If you sell the house, the buyer can take over the warranty as long as we get written notice within 30 days of closing. From there, the pier warranty runs 5 years from closing, and pipe and seal warranties keep whatever time they had left.
