Once a pool's been stabilized on steel piers, we cover the crack repair for life, since the ground under it isn't moving anymore. Pipe and seal repairs get 3 years. When you sell the house, the buyer can pick up the warranties if you send us written notice within 30 days of closing. From then on, pier work is covered for 5 years from closing, and the 3-year warranties finish out the time left on them.
